How will the progress, quality and achievement of project activities be monitored? Please give information about the involved staff, as well as the timing and frequency of the monitoring activities.

We will regularly collect and analyze systematic information to monitor the progress of activities against targets. In this way, we will have information about where the project is at any time according to the relevant goals and results. The Steering Committee (SC) will be primarily responsible for the monitoring, success and quality of the activities.

To do this, to the steering committee; The Quality Plan and Evaluation Strategy and the Quality Management Team (QMT) will assist. QMT will carry out continuous monitoring/evaluation activities and will periodically submit reports to the steering committee. The steering committee will consider progress in terms of time, scope and cost.

The main task of the SC is to ensure that the project works according to the budget and schedule, that the work program objectives are met and the quality of the results. Quality Plan and Evaluation Strategy; it will set the framework for the monitoring, evaluation and quality requirements of the project. Quality plan; results will include delivery dates, completion status, accuracy criteria, quality control and quality assurance activities.
